1. Terms of Services

  • By using our service, you’ve accepted the following terms below:
    Customer agrees to abide by the terms set forth in this document as well as other Stripehost.com policy documents including, but not limited to:

  • Taxes

  • Stripehost.com Hosting shall not be liable for any taxes or other fees to be paid in accordance with or related to purchases made from Customer or Stripehost.com Hosting’s server. Customer agrees to take full responsibility for all taxes and fees of any nature associated with such products sold. taxes are not included with pricing.

  • Promotional Codes

  • By using a promotional (“promo”) code you waive the option to indicate who referred you to Stripehost.com.
    You may not change/submit a promo code or referrer after you’ve finished signing up.
    Promo codes/referrers are for new customers only — if you use one you may not host on your account any domain ever previously hosted with Stripehost.com.

     

    1. SERVICE(S) PROVISIONING
    .
    1.1 – Stripehost.com will provide Customer with the service(s) ordered, as they are described on our website, billing system, or in a custom quote. Customer understands and agrees that Stripehost.com will host and create the Service(s) solely in accordance with the information provided by Customer, including but not limited to your billing information (Full name, email address, billing address, credit card information) and service details (hostname, password, your choices of add-ons).

    1.2 – By submitting information, you grant us the right to provide the billing information to third parties for purposes of completing your purchases.

    2. CONDITIONS OF USE
    .
    2.1 – You agree that any violations listed in our Acceptable Usage Policy are considered prohibited usage and may result in immediate account suspension and/or termination without compensation.

    2.2 – Intentional or Malicious violations of our Acceptable Usage Policy will result in immediate termination, and a ban from any further service.

    3. BILLING
    .
    3.1 – Invocing:

    3.1.1 – Invoices for recurring service(s) will be issued 7 days in advance of the due date.

    3.1.2 – Unpaid service(s) will be suspended one days past the due date on the service.

    3.1.3 – Unpaid service(s) will be terminated three days past the due date on the service.

    3.1.3 – Orders that remain unpaid for more than 24 hours are automatically removed from the system.

    3.2 – Recurring Payments:

    3.2.1 – Stripehost.com automatically captures payments 3 days before the end of the billing term, but reserves the right to do so as soon as seven 7 days before the end of the billing term.

    3.2.2 – Customer permits Stripehost.com to reattempt to capture payment if the first capture attempt fails.

    3.2.3 – Customer is responsible for cancelling Service(s) 7 days before the end of the billing term to avoid being mis-charged, however, if customer only wish to cancel recurring payment not service(s), customer can cancel it via payment gateway that initially subscribed with.

    3.3 – Money Back Guarantee & Refund Policy:

    3.3.1 – Stripehost.com offers a 7-days Money back guarantee and it only applies to your first order of a single Service that customer purchased.

    3.3.2 – Customer will ONLY qualify for a refund if customer has selected ‘30 Days’ or ‘Quarterly’ during checkout.

    3.3.3 – Customer MUST request a refund via our ticketing system, communication through other platforms (such as Skype, Live chat) will not be counted.

    3.3.4 – No refund is given outside of our Money Back Guarantee and in cases of abuse, suspension, or closure of account.

    3.3.5 – Stripehost.com have the right to handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

    3.4 – Payment Gateways:

    3.4.1 – Paypal: PayPal payments must originate from verified PayPal account and are eligible for Money Back Guarantee.

    3.4.2 – Credit and Debit Cards: Credit Card payments transactions are accepted via Paypal gateway and are eligible for Money Back Guarantee.

    3.4.3 – Coinpayments: Cryptocurrencies payments are accepted via the Coinpayments gateway and not eligible for Money Back Guarantee.

    3.4.4 – Chargebacks / Disputes: Chargebacks and disputes against any payment will result in immediate services termination of all services without compensations/refunds and account closure without notification. This process can not be reversed even if customer self-closed disputes/chargebacks.

    3.5 – Paypal Subscription:

    3.5.1 – Customer is fully responsible in managing subscription(s) that has been made via 3rd party side (Paypal) as we ALWAYS give 2 options during checkout phase (one-time and recurring).

    3.6 – Fraud Protection:

    3.6.1 – Account details must match information provided by payment method.

    3.6.2 – Registration and Order Placement must be taken place from the client’s residential ISP.

    3.6.3 – In order to process order(s) that not passed initial fraud check, Stripehost.com might require valid documentations to be submitted.

    3.6.4 – Payment via cryptocurrencies do not require full personal details to be provided due to transparency factor of payment processor and privacy-protected intended of customer.

    3.7 – Account Credit:

    3.7.1 – Account credit does not expire, and cannot be transferred from one client to another.

    3.7.2 – Existing account credit will automatically be applied towards further generated invoices until exhausted.

    3.7.3 – Customer can add funds via billing system with any amount between $10.00-$200.00.

    3.7.4 – Account credit may not be withdrawn or ‘cashed out’ in the form of a refund or other payment.

    4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    .
    4.1 – By using our service(s), customer agree that Stripehost.com will not hold liable for any damages as a result of a natural disaster, or any extenuating circumstances that may lead to hardware failure, data corruption or servers going offline or being unavailable.

    4.2 – Customer understand and acknowledge that backups are not guaranteed and will only be used in case of hardware failures if backups are available.

    5. SERVICE(S) PROCESSING
    .
    5.1 – Service Modification:

    5.1.1 – Service modification cannot be performed on or past the service’s due date. Any outstanding invoices must be settled before service modification can be performed.

    5.1.2 – Service modification that will lower the value of the service will automatically deposit the difference in values for the remainder of the billing cycle to the client’s account credit balance.

    5.1.3 – Service modification that will raise the value of the service will be billed for the difference in values from the date of modification until the end of the service’s current billing cycle. The modification will be applied once the issued invoice is settled.

    5.2 – Service Transfer:

    5.2.1 – An existing service may be transferred to another client provided the following conditions are met:

    – The service to be transferred must be active for at least three months.

    – The service to be transferred must not have any unpaid or overdue invoices.

    – The service to be transferred must not have any TOS/AUP Violations on record.

    – The account initiating the transfer must be Active with at least three months of continuous service history.

    – The account receiving the transfer must not have any unpaid or overdue invoices.

    – The account receiving the transfer must not have any TOS/AUP Violations on record.

    5.2.2 – A processing fee of $5.00 will be applied for the service transistion.

    5.2.3 – When a service transfer is accepted, all data on that service will be kept as it is, original owner might decide to delete the data on that service or not.

    5.2.4 – Stripehost.com will not hold any responsible for the data remains on the transfered service.

    5.2.5 – Once the transfer is completed, any revert request will not be proceeded.

    5.3 – Service Cancellation:

    5.3.1 – Immediate type cancellations are processed automatically at 1:00 AM GMT +7 the following morning

    5.3.2 – End of Term type cancellations are processed automatically at 1:00 AM GMT +7 on the service’s next due date.

    5.3.3 – If a service is eligible for our 7-days money back guarantee, please follow our Money Back Guarantee terms.

    5.3.4 – Once cancellation has been run on a service, all related data and backups are destroyed, and any associated IP Addresses released back into the available pool. This process cannot be reversed.

    5.4 – Service Suspension:

    5.4.1 – When suspended, a service is brought offline and disabled from being powered on or accessed. No data will be made available, nor the service brought online, until the situation resulting in the suspension has been resolved.

    5.5 – Service Termination:

    5.5.1 – Upon termination, all related data and backups are destroyed, and any associated IP Addresses released back into the available pool. This process cannot be reversed.

    6. SUPPORT
    .
    6.1 – All services come with un-managed support, means, we will give support for hardware, network, our system related issue only. However, Stripehost.com will still process other requests as deemed reasonable.

    6.2 – In order for us to fully support your request, we might request you for your service(s) credentials. We might refuse to support if customers declined to send requested credentials.

    6.3 – General/Technical support is provided between 10 AM – 5 PM GMT +7, from Monday to Saturday.

    6.4 – Billing support is available between 10 AM – 5 PM GMT +7, from Monday to Friday.

2. Privacy Policy

At Stripehost, accessible from Stripehost.com, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by Stripehost and how we use it.

Log Files

3. User Policy

This Acceptable User Policy (“AUP”) governs the usage of services entered between Stripehost and the Customer.

⦁ This AUP shall be incorporated by reference into each contract entered by Stripehost with its Customer for availing the Services. In addition, this Policy shall also be incorporated by reference into the Master Service Agreement.

⦁ This AUP helps and protects the Customer. Availing of Services by the Customer constitutes acceptance of this AUP.

All hosting services provided by Stripehost shall be used by the Customer for lawful purposes only, and as per the applicable laws (including but not limited to privacy laws). Transmission, usage, storage, or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of applicable laws including the ‘banned contents’ is strictly prohibited. The ‘banned contents’ include but are not limited to:-

⦁ Illegal Activity

Customer may only use Stripehost Hosting’s Server for lawful purpose. Transmission of any material in violation of any Country, Federal, State or Local regulation is prohibited. To this effect, child pornography is strictly prohibited as well as housing any copyrighted information (to which the customer does not hold the copyright or an appropriate license) on Stripehost Hosting’s Server. Also, using Stripehost’s servers or network to conspire to commit or support the commission of illegal activities is forbidden as well.

⦁ Hacking

Websites dedicated to the discussion of hacking activities or the distribution of hacking tools are prohibited. Also, the usage of Stripehost’s computer systems or network to access any system, service, or network without the owner’s consent is expressly forbidden.

⦁ Service Interruptions

Any activity which causes service interruptions to either Stripehost’s network/servers or any outside network. This includes, but is not limited to, the execution of Denial of Service attacks or other maliciously configured software.

⦁ Anonymous Proxies

Anonymous proxies are easily abused and often cause a negative impact on both the servers and the network they are connected to. As such, they’re prohibited on Stripehost’s network and servers.

⦁ Spamming

Customer agrees to not have any content on their site that advocates, sells or in any way makes available tools or methods to send unsolicited e-mail or usenet postings (spam), or to use Stripehost Hosting’s Servers for relaying unsolicited e-mail or usenet postings, or to use unsolicited e-mail or usenet postings to advertise for their site hosted at Stripehost. Any complaint we receive about a violation of this or the preceding two points will be taken very seriously and will result in immediate account cancellation without a refund. ⦁ Personal Information Harvesting

Collecting or using email addresses, screen names or other personal identifiers without the consent of the person identified (including, without limitation, phishing, Internet scamming, password robbery, spidering, and harvesting).

⦁ Blacklisting

You agree that if the Stripehost IP numbers assigned to your account are listed on an abuse database or blacklist like Spamhaus, you will be in violation of this AUP, and Stripehost may take reasonable action to protect its IP numbers, including suspension and/or termination of your service, regardless of whether the IP numbers were listed as a result of your actions.

⦁ Spoofing/Impersonation

Usage of the Stripehost network to impersonate another person or entity, be it through Email, Internet Forums, or any other means, is strictly prohibited. This includes spoofing email or network packet headers whether or not it is done for malicious purposes.

⦁ Spamdexing

Customer agrees to not engage in activities pertaining to Black Hat SEO, Spamdexing, and so-called “Scraper sites.” These can all have a severely detrimental effect on server performance and are not permitted.
Any conduct that is likely to result in retaliation against Stripehost’s network or website, or Stripehost’s employees, officers or other agents, including engaging in behavior that results in any server being the target of a denial of service attack (DoS).

⦁ Personal Backups

With the exception of Stripehost Dedicated Server and Cloud Storage products, the customer agrees to make use of Stripehost Hosting servers primarily for the purpose of hosting a website, and associated email functions. Data uploaded must be primarily for this purpose.

Stripehost Hosting services are not intended to be used for data backup or archiving purposes. For example, you are not allowed to import or store personal mail archives. Forwarding all emails from another fully-hosted email address for archival purposes is no longer allowed. Further, mail accounts cannot be used for file storage, such as for security cameras, storage of emails used to transfer files, etc.

NOTE: We reserve the right to delete your mail archives if they get out of hand!
We also reserve the right to negotiate additional charges with the Customer and/or the discontinuation of the backups/archives at their discretion.

Hosting Addendum

The following statements pertain exclusively to Share Cloud hosting products and services offered by Stripehost.

PROHIBITED CONTENT AND ACTIVITIES

⦁ Adult Thumbnail

Galleries/Banner Exchanges
You agree not to run a banner exchange, free adult tgp (thumbnail gallery post), or free adult image galleries on your website.

⦁ Abusive Scripts/Processes

Any script/process/etc that adversely affects the ability of any other customer to satisfactorily use their provided services is forbidden. This includes, but is not limited to, CPU-intensive CGI/PHP scripts and websites for which the scale of traffic has exceeded the acceptable limits of a shared hosting environment.

⦁ IRC Bots/Bouncers

All IRC bots and “bouncers” (bnc, etc) are forbidden.

⦁ BitTorrent software

While we recognize the value in the BitTorrent protocol as a distribution method, it is far too easily (and often accidentally) abused/misused and therefore not allowed on Stripehost Shared Hosting services.

⦁ Proxy Software

All proxy software, anonymous or otherwise, is forbidden on Stripehost Shared Hosting services.

⦁ Network Daemons

Any process that opens a network socket to accept connections from external networks is forbidden. Processes are allowed to bind to the local host only, but are held to the limitations placed on all other processes. They must not use up more than their fair share of resources and they must not interfere with any other customers’ activities.

Undertaking of the Customer

⦁ The Customer agrees and undertakes that;

⦁ Any attempt to undermine or cause harm to any of the servers of Stripehost is strictly prohibited. Stripehost shall take no responsibility for the use of its clients’ accounts by the Customer.

⦁ In case of abuse of the resources provided by Stripehost, in any way, Stripehost reserves the unqualified right to immediately deactivate the Customer’s account, without refund.

⦁ Denial of Service (DOS) attacks directed at Stripehost, or any attempt to launch a DOS attack from Stripehost servers are strictly prohibited. All infractions and or suspected infractions will be vigorously investigated and may result in immediate termination of Customer’s account.

⦁ In case the Customer is, in any way, disrespectful towards any member of Stripehost or its staff, Stripehost shall have full right to terminate Customer’s account with it, without any refund.

⦁ Stripehost will use reasonable efforts to protect server for its clients / Customer, The Customer is solely responsible for making back-up files in connection with its use of the Services.

⦁ Client shall be responsible for any misuse of its Server/account and it must take steps to ensure that others do not gain unauthorized access to its Server/account. It shall not use its account to breach the security of another account or server or attempt to gain un-authorised access to another network or server.

⦁ Stripehost will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve all Incidents as soon as reasonably possible, but does not make any representations or warranties as to the timeliness of the resolution of any Incident.

⦁ Its password provides access to its account and it is responsible to keep its password secure.

⦁ Sharing its password and account access with unauthorized users is strictly prohibited. It will take care and prevent others from using its account. It will be responsible for all consequences of others using its account.

⦁ Attempting to obtain another user’s account password is strictly prohibited, and will result in termination of Services.

⦁ It shall adopt adequate security measures to prevent un-authorised use of its account.

⦁ It shall not attempt to circumvent user authentication or security of any host, network or account which includes but is not limited to accessing data not intended for it, logging into or making use of a server or account. It is not expressly authorized to access, or probe the security of other networks. Use or distribution of tools designed for compromising security is prohibited. Such tools shall include but are not limited to password guessing programs, cracking tools or network probing tools.

⦁ It shall not attempt to interfere with services provided to any user, host or network or carry out DOS attacks which includes but is not limited to “flooding” of networks, deliberate attempts to overload a service, and attempts to “crash” a host.

⦁ Users who violate systems or network security may incur criminal or civil liability. Stripehost will cooperate fully with investigations of violations of systems or network security at other sites, including cooperating with law enforcement authorities in the investigation of suspected criminal violations.

⦁ It shall complete its own tests for computer viruses in accordance with best computing practice prior to each and every operational use of the Services.
Service and Products

⦁ Stripehost shall exercise no control whatsoever over the content of the information passing through the network or on the Customer’s websites.

⦁ Use of any information obtained by way of Stripehost is at the Customer’s own risk, and Stripehost specifically denies any responsibility for the accuracy or quality of information obtained through its services.

⦁ Connection speed represents the speed of connection to Stripehost and does not represent guarantees of available end to end bandwidth. Stripehost can only guarantee within its controlled network, availability of bandwidth to Customer’s subscribed Committed Information Rate”.

⦁ We reserve the right to terminate the Agreement for Services suspended for violation of the AUP or the TOS with no refund.

Any violation of our AUP should be reported to us at abuse@Stripehost.com.
This AUP is an integral part of the Stripehost Terms of Service (TOS). For all issues related to the use of the services not settled by the AUP, the provisions of the TOS shall apply.

4.Refund Policy

We believe in a straight forward scenario as your money is your’s until you got what you paid for. Tried our product or services and it’s not meet to your expectations?

The Refund policy for above hosting product is a full refund of the product price 30 days from the date of purchase for any reason or no reason, open a refund request from your account.
